Senior Credit Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Analyst to join a leading global financial institution's Credit Risk team, supporting the Life Insurance portfolio. This role is responsible for conducting in-depth credit analysis, preparing credit recommendations, and managing ongoing portfolio monitoring for insurance clients.

• Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive credit analysis for Life Insurance clients.
• Prepare annual credit reviews and new credit approval requests.
• Update internal credit ratings and maintain accurate client risk assessments.
• Launch and manage MyCredit requests.
• Participate in quarterly portfolio reviews for the Life Insurance sector.
• Coordinate the credit pipeline with business lines, Coverage teams, and colleagues across North America.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of credit documentation while meeting tight deadlines.

• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in credit analysis, with a strong focus on the Life Insurance sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree, MBA, or CFA designation.
• Experience working within a global banking or financial services environment.
