2. About the Opportunity:

The (Senior) Corporate Data Analyst role is focused on supporting the development of a new internal data warehouse by collaborating with stakeholders across the business. This position is responsible for extracting, analyzing, and presenting key business data to inform decision-making and drive operational improvements. The role plays a critical part in managing data systems to ensure data availability and accuracy while enabling business intelligence initiatives.

3. Responsibilities:

  • • Develop, manage, and optimize business intelligence solutions, including data models, dashboards, and reports.
  • • Oversee the company-wide data warehouse maintenance and coordinate with data integration engineers.
  • • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and document BI project requirements.
  • • Use data visualization, statistical analysis, and reporting to present data effectively.
  • • Analyze data to identify patterns and trends.
  • • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports reconciled to system data.
  • • Maintain documentation of data sources, models, and processes.
  • • Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports.
  • • Stay updated with BI industry trends and best practices.
  • • Apply development skills in Python and SQL to extract business insights.
  • • Present key insights and recommendations using data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • • Utilize ticketing and project management tools to manage project deadlines and progress.

4. Requirements:

  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Analysis, or a business-related field.
  • • For Corporate Data Analyst: minimum 1 year of relevant data analytics and reporting experience.
  • • For Senior Corporate Data Analyst: minimum 3 years of experience providing analytics and reporting to leadership.
  • • Technical proficiency with data manipulation tools and programming languages such as Python and SQL.
  • • Strong communication skills.
  • • Ability to take ownership of projects with attention to detail and self-motivation.
  • • Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • • Experience collaborating with data engineers and understanding technical requirements.
  • • Preferred experience with Databricks, Thoughtspot, and other data lake/warehouse and analytics tools.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • • Starting base pay ranges from $67,800 to $101,700, dependent on factors including skills, experience, and location.
  • • Eligibility for bonus.
