We are seeking a Senior Cisco ACI Data Center Engineer with strong leadership skills and deep expertise in Cisco ACI to support enterprise data center operations. This role requires a seasoned engineer capable of leading complex implementations, executing Method of Procedures (MOPs), and collaborating across infrastructure teams while working in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support Cisco ACI-based enterprise data center environments.
Execute Method of Procedures (MOPs) for planned infrastructure changes and maintenance activities.
Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Nexus NX-OS and Cisco Catalyst switching environments.
Support day-to-day data center operations, upgrades, and incident resolution.
Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and collaborate across engineering teams.
Ensure high availability, performance, and stability of critical network infrastructure.
Participate in change management, documentation, and operational best practices.
Travel regularly between Green Bay and Milwaukee/Waukesha data centers.
Required Skills
10+ years of Data Center Networking experience
Expert-level experience with Cisco ACI
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus NX-OS
Experience with Cisco Catalyst switches
Data Center Infrastructure expertise
Experience executing Method of Procedures (MOPs)
Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills
Leadership experience in enterprise environments
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to work under pressure in mission-critical environments
Preferred Skills
Experience with enterprise network modernization projects
Knowledge of Cisco routing and switching technologies
Experience in large-scale production data centers
Cisco certifications (CCNP/CCIE Data Center) are a plus
