We're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join a high-performing Supply Chain Solutions team, helping to design, enhance and support the systems that power large-scale warehouse and distribution operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, data and operations, partnering with business leaders to deliver innovative solutions that improve efficiency and drive business performance.

The Opportunity

You'll act as the subject matter expert for key supply chain applications, working closely with IT, operations, vendors and business stakeholders to enhance system functionality, optimise business processes and deliver technology-driven improvements across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse supply chain processes and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams and third-party vendors to deliver system enhancements.
• Develop and manage improvement projects from concept through to implementation.
• Use SQL and data analysis to generate actionable business insights.
• Support warehouse management and supply chain applications.
• Coordinate testing, system configuration, user training and change management activities.
• Participate in an on-call support rota for critical business systems.
• Travel up to 25% to support projects and operational initiatives.

About You

You'll be an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a passion for solving complex operational challenges through technology.

You'll ideally have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in Business Systems Analysis or Supply Chain Systems.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL or similar).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Manhattan or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations, distribution or logistics.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools would be advantageous.
