• About the Role
• You will play a key role in automating New York State (NYS) employment tax compliance processes by working closely with Payroll, Global Mobility, Finance, IT, and external partners. You'll gather business requirements, analyze SAP Payroll configurations, define system integrations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Conduct workshops with Payroll, Global Mobility, Finance, Concur, EY, and IT stakeholders.
• Document current-state processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Analyze SAP US Payroll (BSI Tax Factory) configuration for tax withholding and compliance.
• Define requirements for integrations between:
• SAP Payroll
• Concur Travel & Expense
• EY Mobility Platform
• Badge/Location Tracking Systems
• SFTP-based data exchanges
• Develop data mapping, transformation, and validation rules.
• Translate regulatory and tax requirements into technical specifications.
• Produce process maps, gap analysis, and integration documentation.
• Support stakeholder reviews, requirement validation, and solution design discussions.
• Partner with Solution Architects and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Required Skills
• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP US Payroll and BSI Tax Factory.
• Experience with payroll tax compliance and withholding calculations.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll and tax regulations.
• Experience documenting system integrations and data flows.
• Strong process mapping and requirements documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
