Senior Business Systems Analyst

The Role

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for hedging and trade initiatives, from discovery through stabilization
• Guide documentation of current and future-state processes, including process maps, controls, and handoffs
• Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with solution architects and delivery teams to support solution design and integration
• Identify data and reporting needs for positions, exposures, P&L, and settlements
• Provide functional and techno-functional support for hedging and trade applications

What You'll Need

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst supporting commodity trading and hedging processes
• Proven delivery experience across requirements, process mapping, solution design support, SIT/UAT coordination, and deployment readiness
• Experience supporting production applications, including incident analysis, root-cause investigation, and vendor coordination
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, testable requirements and manage traceability
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive alignment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
