- Translate complex health regulations, operational workflows, and technical constraints into clear documentation for leadership, technical leads, and project sponsors.
- Hands-on analysis and mapping of data integrations across core enterprise health systems, clinical platforms, administrative databases, and reporting pipelines.
- Ensure all functional designs and system architectures align strictly with data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA) and enterprise security governance frameworks.
- Collaborate directly with QA, Data Governance, and development teams to map acceptance criteria to automated test frameworks and actively oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Design and document REST/SOAP API integration specifications, data mapping (ETL) workflows, and cloud-hosted SaaS solution mode
- Work Location & Schedule

- Demonstrated Experience: Candidates must be prepared to demonstrate a thorough, hands-on knowledge and understanding of Test-Driven Requirements (TDR) and ATDD during the screening process (including story slicing and Gherkin syntax drafting).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO) preferred.
- Methodology Mastery: 5+ years navigating Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid enterprise project delivery models in a hands-on capacity.
- Skills
- Hands-on TDR & ATDD Mastery: Advanced, practical expertise in Test-Driven Requirements (TDR), Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD/Gherkin format), and automated testing alignment.
- Strong Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills with a proven ability to facilitate collaboration between non-technical stakeholders
