Job Description :-

• The successful candidate will be working on our Finance Systems Pod, and will be responsible for configuring SAP ECC Finance modules; specifically, FI, AP, AR, CO, MM. Our SAP ERP environment is ECC 6.0 Enhancement Package 8. Detailed knowledge of impacts to SAP configuration is required to support sustainment and project delivery.
• Candidate will also be supporting SAP Concur - Expense, Request and Reporting modules.
• The candidate will bring senior years of hands-on experience in SAP configuration and systems analysis, including experience supporting large-scale programs.

Responsibilities :-

• Liaises with business stakeholders to understand industry trends and business objectives to design the solution that will meet their decision support and management reporting needs.
• Defines and communicates systems requirements at the appropriate level of detail to ensure applications are flexible, open, scalable, available, testable, and maintainable within a high-volume production environment.
• Analyzes and conceptualizes the design of the solution, working with the Systems Architect, Vendors and Software Developer to achieve the client stakeholder objectives through effective deployment of technology.
• Apply in-depth business and technical knowledge to represent both business and technology stakeholders in delivering technical solutions.
• Works with and collaborates with internal and external technology partners in meeting the needs of Financial Systems.
• Producing knowledge-sharing documentation and providing technical guidance to junior team members.

• Demonstrated proficiency in a team environment with projects involving the integration of disparate types of technologies/platforms and agile development
• Hands-on experience supporting or delivering SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, including system conversion or selective transformation planning, business process impact assessment, testing, cutover preparation, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance transformation considerations for S/4HANA, such as Universal Journal impacts, finance master and transactional data readiness, custom code and interface assessment, and downstream integration dependencies.
• Experienced in providing operational and sustainment services
• Proven capabilities in establishing and maintaining effective partnerships and relationships
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, facilitation, presentation) and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated initiative and leadership abilities - comfortable managing issues in cross functional teams
• Experience working across functional, technical, and vendor teams to support large-scale ERP modernization, including change readiness, solution design trade-offs, test planning, defect triage, and release/cutover coordination.
• Conflict and issue resolution and escalation
• Post-secondary education in a related discipline

• Knowledge of Wealth Management and the Financial Services industry
• Experience with SWIFT
• Experience with SAP Concur
• Experience with SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration or conversion in a finance-focused environment, including assessment, design, testing, data readiness, and cutover support.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, embedded analytics, or modern SAP reporting capabilities that support the transition from ECC to S/4HANA.
• Experience with AI, intelligent automation, or advanced analytics applied to finance systems, such as financial close optimization, anomaly detection, forecasting, reconciliation, or workflow automation.
• Canadian accounting knowledge / designation
