Senior Business System Analyst

• We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Zelle payments to support strategic initiatives within the Securities and Payments domain. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery partners to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements, ensuring seamless implementation of payment solutions and enhancements.
• Note: Strong Zelle knowledge is mandatory and is the primary requirement for this Senior BSA opportunity.

• Required Skills & Experienc
• eStrong experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in banking, payments, or financial services
• .Mandatory: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Zelle payment processes, integrations, and transaction flows
• .Strong knowledge of payment systems and payment lifecycle management
• .Experience with requirements gathering, business process modeling, and system analysis
• .Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
