Senior Business System Analyst

Our oil and gas client is seeking an experienced OpenLink Endur Senior Business Systems Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert and key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and end users. This role requires 10+ years of hands-on experience with OpenLink Endur, with a deep understanding of the platform, including business processes, system configuration, troubleshooting, support, and integration points.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience translating business requirements into effective Endur solutions, supporting production environments, configuring the application, and working directly with stakeholders across the organization. This individual will also play an important role in training Endur users, helping teams maximize their understanding and effective use of the platform.

• Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of professional experience working with OpenLink Endur
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of OpenLink Endur and its capabilities
• Demonstrated experience supporting and configuring OpenLink Endur in a production environment
• Strong business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process analysis, solution definition, and testing
• Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business needs into system solutions
• Experience troubleshooting complex Endur issues and driving problems through to resolution.
• Strong understanding of Endur business processes, workflows, configuration, and system dependencies
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Endur users
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
