- Senior Business Systems Analyst (INDOT)
- Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite / Local Central Indiana candidates only)
- Duration: Oct 5, 2026 – June 30, 2027+ (Long-term engagement)
- Core Role Acts as the strategic bridge between business units and IT/data teams on the Digital Transformation team. Translates complex business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and system re-engineering solutions.
- Key Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years as a Business Analyst or Consultant in technology/government settings.
- Core Skills: Advanced requirements gathering, user story creation, business process re-engineering, stakeholder relationship management, and MS Office.
- High-Value Assets: SDLC, Azure DevOps, hands-on Salesforce environment experience, and Salesforce Certified BA certification.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent 8+ years hands-on experience).
