• Overall Job Purpose
• The Manager, Analyst is accountable for delivering high-quality analysis across a portfolio of products, platforms and enabling capabilities. The role defines and applies analysis standards and governance guardrails, removes delivery blockers, and partners with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex needs into clear scope, requirements, and compliant, secure outcomes.
• Key Accountabilities
• Deliver analysis for complex products, platforms or cross-pod workstreams, ensuring clear scope, requirements quality, and readiness for execution
• Establish and apply analysis standards (e.g., story quality, acceptance criteria, data mapping, documentation) and governance guardrails that scale across pods and portfolios
• Partner with internal clients, vendors, Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Platform teams to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery sequencing
• Provide expert guidance on complex requirements, data flows, controls, and AI-enabled solution design (including model inputs/outputs and operationalization considerations) determining when architectural, security, or enterprise risk escalation is required.
• Establish, apply, and promote analysis and delivery standards across initiatives by setting clear expectations, reviewing quality, coaching teams, and ensuring consistent adoption of agreed practices in alignment with Technology governance
• Where applicable, ensure effective triage and resolution of application/data issues that may affect reliability.
• May be required to set support expectations (intake, escalation paths, and communications) and ensure clear ownership.
• Where applicable, set standards for operational documentation (runbooks, known errors, support procedures).
• When required, oversee incident/problem practices, including escalations, recovery coordination, and follow-up.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience delivering complex analysis and enabling delivery outcomes across multiple initiatives
• Salesforce FSC (Financial Services Cloud) OR Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• Advanced knowledge of Agile delivery and systems or data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional delivery discussions and align teams on scope, priorities, and dependencies
• Strong judgement in balancing business needs, delivery feasibility, and governance considerations in complex environments
