Job Overview:
The Tiger Analytics team is seeking a Manager, BI Consulting to deliver innovative tools and solutions to global business teams. This is a cross-functional role requiring strong stakeholder management and the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements for BI and dashboard initiatives
Analyze business requirements and design conceptual models and data flow processes
Communicate data architecture effectively to development teams
Conduct design reviews (wireframing, prototyping) to ensure business alignment
Build and support dashboards using BI tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business processes and system solutions
Manage client escalations and drive continuous improvements
Work with offshore teams to deliver scalable BI solutions
Lead data validation efforts to ensure data quality
Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
6–10 years of experience in BI/Product Owner/Consulting roles
Strong experience with AWS and QuickSight (must-have)
Experience with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau
Solid understanding of Data Warehousing and ETL processes
Exposure to Hadoop (HDFS, Hive) is a plus
Knowledge of data modeling, reporting, governance, and analytics concepts
Retail/eCommerce domain experience is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
