Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Senior Analyst with deep expertise in Microsoft Power BI to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports. In this role, you will translate business requirements into intuitive visualizations that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has strong Power BI development skills, experience working with complex datasets, and the ability to deliver high-quality reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Gather and translate business requirements into effective data visualizations.
Develop and optimize data models, measures, and calculations using DAX.
Connect Power BI to multiple data sources while ensuring data accuracy and optimal performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and recommend effective visualization solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve dashboard performance and data-related issues.
Follow BI development standards and best practices for dashboard design, governance, and documentation.
Support enhancements, testing, and ongoing maintenance of existing Power BI solutions.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX.
Experience connecting Power BI to SQL databases, cloud data sources, and enterprise applications.
Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and analyzing data.
Experience with Power Query (M) and ETL concepts.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Azure, or the Microsoft Power Platform.
Knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
Experience working in Agile project environments.
Microsoft Power BI certifications are a plus
