About the Role:

• We are seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst with deep analytical expertise to drive complex, high-impact healthcare initiatives. This role goes beyond requirements gathering—focusing on shaping strategy through data, influencing senior stakeholders, and establishing analytical standards across teams.
• Key Responsibilities:
• - Lead discovery and requirements definition for complex, cross-functional initiatives
• - Partner with senior business leaders to define success metrics, KPIs, and analytical frameworks
• - Perform advanced data analysis on large, complex datasets to uncover insights and drive decisions
• - Design and own executive-level dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• - Translate business questions into analytical, functional, and technical requirements
• - Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting and analytics assets
• - Collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, and BI teams to guide solution design
• - Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data exploration
• - Present insights, recommendations, and narratives to executive and non-technical audiences
• - Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for analysis and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• - 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role with increasing scope
• - Expert-level SQL skills for complex querying and data validation
• - Strong hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• - Experience using Python or R for data analysis and automation
• - Solid understanding of data modeling, metric design, and analytical best practices
• - Experience working with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• - Demonstrated experience in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or regulated environments
• - Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments; comfortable writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
