• Senior Business Analyst – Credit Risk & Regulatory Compliance (12-Month Contract)
• Location: Toronto, ON
• Work Model: Hybrid – In office Wednesdays, Thursdays, and the first Friday of each month
• Duration: 12 Months contract (Potential Extension)
• Hours: 37.5 hours/week | Monday–Friday | Flexible 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Hourly Rates:

• T4 - $59.02
• INC - $70.26

• What You'll Be Working On
• You'll support a key regulatory initiative by:
• Partnering with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitating workshops, meetings, and discussions to ensure alignment across teams.
• Translating business needs into clear functional requirements and supporting project delivery.
• Performing data analysis and investigative work, including SQL queries when required.
• Collaborating with internal business and technology partners to deliver regulatory compliance objectives.
• Managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced enterprise environment while working independently.

• What We're Looking For
• Must-Have Qualifications
• 4–5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of Credit Risk Management.
• Experience working with Credit Risk data.
• Proven experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and investigation.
• Experience working within large enterprise environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Nice to Have
• Experience within a major financial institution.
• Exposure to regulatory or risk management initiatives.
