- Strong Business Analysis experience in Large Private Equity firms, or FS projects.
- Proven Scrum Master experience with Agile delivery teams
- Ability to manage and communicate effectively with senior business stakeholders and leadership.
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience driving Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery coordination
