2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Business Analyst is a key contributor within the Enterprise Enablement team, responsible for defining and owning business and system requirements for cross-functional projects. This role bridges business operations, product goals, and technical delivery to ensure solutions meet business needs accurately, scale effectively, and are delivered efficiently with minimal rework.
3. Responsibilities:
- • Define end-to-end technical requirements from business needs through deployment for enablement-led initiatives.
- • Translate business requirements into detailed, build-ready technical specifications including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- • Ensure alignment of technical requirements with real-world workflows across integrated systems like HubSpot, LOS, and telephony.
- • Assess system impacts and integration dependencies to support scalable enhancements.
- • Collaborate with Enablement and Development teams to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities during development.
- • Participate in refinement, planning, and design discussions to maintain project momentum.
- • Manage requirement changes by documenting, reviewing, and approving updates to maintain version control.
- • Lead business acceptance testing and define testing strategies to ensure delivered solutions meet requirements.
- • Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to continuous improvement through analysis of production issues.
4. Requirements:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- • 5 to 8+ years of experience in business analysis, credit analytics, lending operations, or financial services.
- • Strong knowledge of small business lending processes, including underwriting, credit policies, risk assessment, and regulations.
- • Experience with loan origination systems, CRM platforms, and lending-specific data environments.
- • Proficient in financial analysis including evaluation of financial statements and borrower risk.
- • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in enablement, operations, or enterprise transformation teams.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
