Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for payments modernization initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into detailed user stories, business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Support migration and transformation efforts involving payment processing platforms and treasury management systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to define solution requirements and integration points.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirements reviews.
• Develop and execute business process analysis, gap assessments, and future-state workflow design.
• Create and maintain project documentation including:
• Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs)
• User Stories
• Process Maps
• Test Scenarios
• UAT Documentation
• Support testing activities including system integration testing, UAT planning, defect management, and validation efforts.
• Act as the liaison between business users, operations teams, and technical delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide subject matter expertise related to payments operations, treasury services, and payment platform modernization.

• Prior consulting experience with major financial institutions.
