We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a critical Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, including the migration of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Order Management functionality from JD Edwards and a legacy order-entry application.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering, documentation, validation, and traceability.
Facilitate business requirements workshops and process modeling sessions.
Develop process flows, functional documentation, and workflow diagrams.
Create and execute functional, integration, and regression test plans.
Lead and support UAT, defect tracking, and validation.
Partner with business owners, Product Owners, SMEs, and technical teams.
Support change management, training, and end-user documentation.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Senior Business Analyst experience.
Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle, JDE, SAP, or Infor.
Strong requirements management and process modeling skills.
Hands-on experience with UAT and software testing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Prior Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience.
Oracle Fusion Order Management and/or CPQ experience.
JDE / JD Edwards experience.
Manufacturing, industrial, or commercial equipment industry experience.
Experience with legacy order-entry system migrations.
Change management and end-user training experience.
