Senior Business Analyst

Optomi, in partnership with a leading engineering and technology organization, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. This individual will serve as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping identify, design, and implement automation and AI-driven solutions across multiple corporate functions. The Senior Business Analyst will operate within the Automation & AI team, focusing on intelligent automation initiatives that improve business operations across project management, finance, supply chain, talent acquisition, and business development functions. This role requires a highly consultative professional who can facilitate stakeholder discussions, analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and help drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills with experience in automation technologies, Design Thinking, and Microsoft's Power Platform ecosystem.

Experience of the right candidate:

• Strong Business Analyst background with experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and driving business transformation initiatives.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and cross-functional meetings.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and related technologies.
• Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and automation program delivery.
• Experience applying Design Thinking methodologies to identify and solve business challenges.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
• Experience supporting automation, digital transformation, process improvement, or AI-focused initiatives.
• Nice to have: Python, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Foundry, UX research/design, or advanced facilitation experience.

• Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple business functions, including project management, finance, supply chain, talent acquisition, and business development.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities while helping drive initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing strategic recommendations and ensuring solutions align with organizational goals.
