Senior Business Analyst - NetSuite Implementation & Business Transformation

• Location: Remote, Canada
• Type: Contract (Initial 3-4 Months, Potential Extension)
• Compensation: $70-$105/hour CAD (depending on experience)

About the Role

• Harvey Nash is partnering with a PE backed organization undergoing significant business transformation through the implementation of NetSuite ERP across multiple operating entities.
• We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a leading role in defining future-state business processes, driving Agile delivery, and supporting the integration of systems, data, and workflows across a growing multi-entity environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys designing scalable operating models, leading business analysis activities, and translating complex business requirements into sprint-ready deliverables.

What You'll Be Doing

• Agile Delivery Leadership
• Own and maintain the implementation backlog.
• Lead requirements gathering, user story development, and backlog grooming activities.
• Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Mentor and review the work of other Business Analysts involved in the program.

• Process Design & Business Transformation
• Design end-to-end target-state business processes across Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable automation, corporate spend management, and operational workflows.
• Develop future-state process maps that clearly define systems, users, approvals, data flows, and business rules.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend scalable approaches that support future growth.
• Define data ownership and support SIT/UAT planning and execution.
• Define system, data, and process ownership across integrated business workflows.

• Systems & Integration
• Work closely with stakeholders to define integrations between NetSuite and connected business systems.
• Document system interactions, data movement, dependencies, and business requirements.
• Support implementation activities through go-live and post-implementation phases.

• M&A & Multi-Entity Consolidation
• Standardize processes across multiple business units.
• Support business integration initiatives stemming from acquisitions and organizational growth.
• Create scalable templates and processes that can be applied across future business acquisitions.
• Design future-state processes that can be replicated across newly acquired entities with minimal rework.

• Required Experience
• 7+ years of Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, Solution Design, ERP Transformation, or related experience.
• Proven experience supporting or leading a full-cycle NetSuite implementation.
• Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, user stories, sprint ceremonies).
• Experience creating target-state ("to-be") and future-state process maps.
• Experience supporting multi-entity ERP implementations, business consolidations, post-merger integrations, PE-backed roll-ups, carve-outs, or acquisition-related transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and business process optimization.

• Nice to Have
• Experience integrating NetSuite with AP automation, spend management, operational, inventory, or CMS platforms.
• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or similar).
• CSM, CSPO, or related Agile certifications.
• Experience with Float or similar spend management/AP automation platforms.
• Experience within aviation, FBO, ground services, fuel distribution, logistics, or industrial services environments.
