- Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst
- San Jose, CA
- We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong experience in ServiceNow implementations, particularly ITSM and SAM Pro.
- Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with ServiceNow.
- Proven ServiceNow ITSM implementation experience.
- Strong experience with SAM Pro implementation.
- Experience gathering requirements, process mapping, user stories, and UAT.
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and architects.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Now Assist and MoveWork experience is a plus.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA/CIS are preferred.
