• Required Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial services, preferably within treasury or liquidity domains
• Strong understanding of deposit and liquidity products, including:
• Commercial DDA (Demand Deposit Accounts) – core operating accounts with real-time access to funds
• DACA (Deposit Account Control Agreements) – accounts used in commercial lending where lenders may have control rights
• Sweep Accounts / Liquidity Sweeps – automated movement of funds to optimize liquidity positioning
• IntraFi products (highly preferred)
• CDARS (Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Service)
• ICS (Insured Cash Sweep) – distributes deposits across multiple banks to maintain FDIC coverage
• Exposure to Imaging / document management systems in deposit operations is a plus

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with commercial banking clients or deposit platforms
• Knowledge of liquidity risk concepts (cash forecasting, funding strategies, balance sheet impacts)
• Strong data skills
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and liquidity reporting
• Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to work across business & IT teams

• Key Responsibilities
• Partner with Treasury, Risk, and Deposit Product teams to gather and document business requirements
• Analyze cash flow, liquidity positions, and deposit product data to support reporting and decision-making
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, data requirements, and system enhancements
• Support liquidity reporting and regulatory initiatives (e.g., internal and external reporting frameworks)
• Identify and drive process improvements across deposit and liquidity workflows
• Collaborate with technology teams through SDLC lifecycle (requirements, UAT, implementation)
• Ensure solutions align with risk, compliance, and regulatory expectations in a banking environment
