Senior Business Analyst

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a business analyst
• Strong experience writing requirements in both agile and waterfall
• Strong experience writing complicated requirements- Writing for multiple systems, platforms, etc.
• Ability to ramp up quickly
• Ability to conduct high level descriptions and operate under deadlines
• Jira stories
• Strong understanding of current state process and ability to build future state process on their own
• Independent and resourceful worker

Day to Day:

• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements across multiple systems and platforms.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to understand current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
• Create detailed business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and Jira user stories.
• Partner with business and technical teams to manage requirements through Agile and Waterfall project lifecycles.
• Identify process gaps, dependencies, and risks while driving solutions independently.
• Support backlog management, testing, UAT, and successful delivery of business initiatives.
• Operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
