Senior Business Analyst

Below is the job description for the position:

• Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
• Location: Long Island City, NY 11101 (Fully Onsite)
• Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)

Working Hours: 35 Hours/Week

• Description of Work & Skills Desired
• Responsible for supporting the daily operations of the visual assessment program by reviewing and maintaining accurate assessment data, inspection records, and work orders across multiple systems.
• This position monitors program performance by preparing reports, tracking trends, and providing data-driven insights to support operational decision-making.
• The role also assists with identifying opportunities to improve business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and agency policies.
• Working collaboratively with program management, field staff, vendors, and IT teams, the incumbent helps resolve operational issues, streamline workflows, and ensure the timely and accurate completion of visual assessments.

• Tasks/ Duties
• Review visual assessment data, inspection records, and work orders to make sure information is accurate, complete, and entered correctly across different systems.
• Track program activities, prepare basic reports and dashboards, identify trends, and share information to help support day-to-day operations and decision-making.
• Help identify ways to improve work processes, support efficiency efforts, and follow federal, state, local, and agency policies and procedures.
• Work with program managers, field staff, vendors, and IT teams to support daily operations, resolve issues, improve workflows, and help ensure visual assessments are completed on time.
