Senior Business Analyst

The Role

• Triage and evaluate Delivery Operations processes and workflows, determining appropriate courses of action.
• Contribute to the submission of key work initiatives and Business Cases for approval, understanding their impact on the overall work portfolio and budgets.
• Monitor spend with IT and other groups, setting up efficient processes for transparency to variance across portfolios and budgets.
• Participate in projects as a team member, improving methodology, tools, and internal processes.
• Apply analytical / quantitative approach to problem-solving, utilizing data and statistical concepts.
• Independently identify process and business improvement opportunities, conduct cost-savings analysis, and implement action plans.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling, or functional systems design.
• Ability to perform analysis of medium to large-scale business efforts, including current and future state design, gap analysis, and recommendations.
• Strong facilitation skills for data and requirements gathering activities within groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with business modeling processes through techniques like process mapping, use cases, and SWOT analysis.
