Senior Business Analyst – Content Sales Planning

We're partnering with a large media and entertainment organization to hire a Senior Business Analyst to support a highly visible Content Sales Planning platform.

This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, helping shape the systems and processes that drive content licensing, forecasting, deal planning, and revenue strategy. • What You'll Be Doing
• Partner with Content Sales, Finance, Licensing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to improve content sales planning capabilities.
• Gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Support forecasting, deal modeling, scenario planning, and revenue tracking initiatives.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process optimization.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support Agile delivery teams by helping prioritize initiatives and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.

• What We're Looking For
• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Delivery, or Sales Planning.
• Strong understanding of content licensing, rights management, sales planning, forecasting, or revenue management workflows.
• Experience translating complex business processes into technology solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, reporting, and business process improvement.
• Ability to balance business value, ROI, and technical feasibility when recommending solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments across multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Preferred Background
• Experience within media, entertainment, streaming, or digital content organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
