• We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with strong systems-thinking capabilities and a proven ability to translate functional requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications. The expectation is strong domain comprehension, structured requirements decomposition, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable delivery backlogs.
• Key Responsibilities
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements, workflows, and process objectives.
• Translate functional specifications into detailed technical specifications, ensuring clarity for engineering and architecture teams.
• Apply strong systems thinking to analyze dependencies, integrations, data flows, and upstream/downstream impacts.
• Develop and maintain requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process/data models.
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, technical handoffs, and sprint planning discussions.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure feasibility, alignment, and accurate implementation of requirements.
• Identify gaps, ambiguities, and assumptions early and drive resolution through structured analysis.
• Support testing teams by validating requirements, defining test scenarios, and reviewing outcomes.
• Ensure delivery quality through continuous alignment between business expectations and technical solutions.
• Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.
• Strong expertise in converting functional requirements → technical specifications.
• Excellent analytical skills with a systems-thinking mindset.
• Experience working with engineering, architecture, QA, and product teams.
• Proficiency in requirement elicitation, documentation, modelling, and change management.
• Skilled in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalents.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity.

• Preferred Qualification
• sExperience in Agile/Scrum environments
• .Familiarity with system design concepts, API basics, and data flow principles
• .Ability to work in multi-team, cross-geography setups
• .Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI‑PBA (optional but beneficial)
