- Job Title : Senior Business Analyst – CRM / CPQ Transformation
- Location: Exton, PA (Hybrid/Onsite)
- Role Summary
- We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support an enterprise transformation program across the Lead-to-Quote (L2Q) lifecycle. The role will partner with business and IT teams to define requirements, improve business processes, and support the implementation of CRM and CPQ solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate business requirement and process discovery workshops.
- Document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze and optimize Lead-to-Quote business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
- Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
- Assist with UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
- Prepare functional documentation and support user adoption.
- Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience on enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong experience with CRM and Sales business processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and facilitation skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud/CPQ) or Oracle CX Sales/Oracle CPQ.
- Exposure to Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Pricing, Configuration, and Quoting.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Manufacturing or B2B enterprise experience is a plus.
