Must haves:

• 10+ Years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst supporting complex I&IT initiatives.
• Strong experience with requirements traceability and tools such as Azure DevOps or IBM DOORS.
• Experience working with OPS Unified Project Management Methodology (UPMM), Enterprise Architecture standards, SDLC/system development methodologies, and project gating.
• Strong expertise in business, functional, non-functional, process, and data requirements.
• Experience with governance, business cases, cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies, options analysis, and decision papers.
• Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, focus groups, and stakeholder consultations.
• Proven experience with current-state/future-state analysis, business process improvement, and process re-engineering.
• Experience managing risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, constraints, and mitigation strategies.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Azure DevOps.
