Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Job Type: Long-Term Contract
Location: Lansing, MI – Hybrid
Work Schedule: 2 days onsite in Lansing, MI + 3 days remote
Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirements gathering, business and technical documentation, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting Product Owners and managing Agile backlogs.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience gathering requirements from users
6+ years of experience designing technical and business requirements documentation
4+ years of experience with Agile methodology / Scrum processes and ceremonies
3+ years of experience maintaining and organizing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks using Azure DevOps backlog management tools, including Kanban boards and Sprint boards
CBAP Certification – Must Have
Preferred Skills
Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog and work item management
Experience supporting Product Owners in Agile delivery environments
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
Work Arrangement
2 days onsite per week in Lansing, MI
3 days remote per week
