What You Will Do

• Design and ship a comprehensive mutation audit log to meet SOC 2 Type II standards and ensure complete data lineage.
• Architect and harden ingestion pipelines to automate partner onboarding, reducing complex ETL timelines while maintaining data integrity.
• Define and enforce versioned data contracts that allow product teams to build features rapidly without touching underlying financial calculation logic.

The ideal candidate

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience with a deep focus on ETL pipelines, data infrastructure, or regulated financial systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, including experience with modern frameworks like FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and managing high-performance PostgreSQL databases.
• Demonstrated ownership of production codebases and strong opinions on integration testing methodologies that guarantee correctness over synthetic data fixtures.
