Summary
The Senior Associate, Intelligence Analyst is responsible for monitoring, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting open-source information to identify potential physical security threats and provide actionable intelligence. This role involves working closely with the Senior Intelligence Analyst and other team members to support AIPAC’s security needs, particularly in the context of events, threat management, and executive protection.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive open-source intelligence (OSINT) research and analysis.
- Identify and assess potential physical security threats from open-source and social media information.
- Monitor for threats and prepare detailed reports and threat assessments.
- Support the planning and execution of security measures for events and executive protection.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in OSINT and physical security.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree required. Preferred fields: Intelligence Studies, Security, International Relations, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in OSINT.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in using OSINT tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with social media analysis and monitoring.
- Knowledge of physical security threats and mitigation strategies.
AIPAC is offering a competitive market base salary between $72,000.00 and $85,000.00 for the position. A job offer within the range will depend on how closely a candidate’s skills and experience match the role’s requirements. AIPAC also offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that contributes to employees’ overall total compensation package.
Note that we currently follow a hybrid schedule with three days in our offices and two days working remotely.
