The Money Movement Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing the bank's domestic and international payment and transfer products and other money movement services. This role partners with Operations, Treasury, Compliance, Risk, Technology, among others to ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient transfer capabilities that meet client and regulatory requirements.

The Senior Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for money movement related processes, product enhancements, risk controls, identifying operational efficiencies, and client experience improvements related to money movement services. The candidate for this role must demonstrate the ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with key team partners and leaders.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management and enhancement of money movement products and services
  • Understand payments, payment processes, and overall payments architecture, and how they impact daily operations
  • Responsible for understanding product requirements, goals, and timelines, and aligning them with the overall product vision.
  • Analyze product performance, transaction volumes, client adoption, and operational metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, efficiency, and revenue generation
  • Assist in developing business requirements for product enhancements and new payment capabilities.
  • Lead initiatives, product launches, change management, and process improvement initiatives
  • Create Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) for payments products related to volumes, revenue, client segments, efficiency processing rates, and market share for Bradesco Bank
  • Prepare monthly updates with product metrics and ongoing project status for senior management
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure service level agreements and operational standards are met
  • Ensure transfer products comply with applicable regulations, bank policies, and industry standards.
  • Partner with Compliance, BSA/AML, Fraud, Sanctions, and Risk teams to maintain effective controls and help improve the STP
  • Assist with audits, regulatory examinations, and risk assessments.
  • Review, create, and recommend enhancements to procedures, controls, and monitoring
  • Analyze the bank’s offerings and advise on product gaps and areas of improvement
  • Work with Product and Sales teams to develop creative pricing strategies for revenue generation and benchmark products around offerings and pricing
  • Support the product manager in creating Requests for Proposals (RFP) when needed for product offerings and pricing
  • Help create marketing materials for internal partners, clients, prospects, and existing clients
  • Ensure all vendor management-related assessments are completed in a timely manner
  • Lead new product implementations and enhancements, ensuring all related tasks are closely monitored and delivered by key stakeholders

Experience

  • 5+ years of banking experience with a focus on payments, money movement, deposit operations, or transfer products
  • Experience with wire transfer processing, ACH, SWIFT, RTP, FedNow, or related payment systems
  • Preferred experience in commercial banking, payments, and deposits
  • Understanding of key revenue and expense drivers and financial planning
  • Experience working with regulatory and compliance requirements impacting payments
  • Experience with analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and development skills to support product development, pricing implementation, and strategic analysis
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and think outside the box to develop creative product support solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with organizational partners and teams lead across multiple cultures, geographies, and disciplines
  • Strong understanding of domestic and international payment rails
  • Ability to interpret data and develop meaningful business recommendations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with business requirements documentation and process mapping
  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
  • Languages
  • Excellent Written/Verbal skills in English. Spanish and Portuguese are considered a plus
