  • About Us
  • Mobility Advisory Services (MAS) is a boutique consulting firm serving airlines and aviation technology companies. We work on airline strategy, commercial advisory and operating cost reduction. Our teams are small and senior, so the work is hands-on and our clients see the results directly.
  • The role
  • I'm looking for a Senior Analyst to work directly with me on client engagements. You'll own the analysis behind our recommendations and help turn it into the material clients act on. This is a working role, not a support role. You'll be in the data, in client working sessions, and in the room when we present.
  • What you'll do
  • Build and maintain the analytical models behind our engagements, including cost baselines, benchmarking, fleet and network economics, vendor and contract comparisons, and pricing structures
  • Gather and clean client data, which is often incomplete or inconsistent, and turn it into a clear fact base
  • Research carriers, suppliers and market trends to support strategy and commercial work
  • Draft slides, memos and statements of work that are ready for a client with light edits from me
  • Keep engagement workplans, deliverable trackers and client follow-ups moving
  • Support business development with proposal drafts, pitch material and market scans
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and partner firms on joint engagements
  • What we're looking for
  • 2–4 years in management consulting, airline finance or strategy, corporate development, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort building models from scratch
  • PowerPoint skills good enough to build a clean, logical storyline without a template
  • Clear, concise writing
  • Good judgment about what matters, and the ability to make reasonable calls without step-by-step direction
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a small-firm setting
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering or a related field
  • Nice to have
  • Exposure to airline operations, maintenance and engineering, commercial or inflight/connectivity
  • Experience using AI tools in analytical workflows
  • Details
  • Full-time, based in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, with some travel to client sites
