  • About NowThis
  • NowThis is redefining media for a new generation, leading the charge as a digital-first brand that resonates with over 98 million people globally each month. NowThis…is GenZTV. We’re transforming scrolling to tuning in, by reinventing destination viewing through bingeable, social-first content that meets our audiences on the platforms where they live.
  • About the Role
  • NowThis is looking for a Senior Analyst, Measurement & Insights who can turn audience, content, campaign, and platform data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • This person will own the analytics side of recurring performance measurement: establishing reliable methodologies, producing accurate reporting, identifying risks and opportunities, and translating results into recommendations that Editorial, Audience, Partnerships, Account Management, and senior leadership can act on. They will also make data easier for others to use through dashboards, documentation, training, and self-service tools. The right person is highly adaptable and comfortable moving quickly through changing priorities, incomplete information, and evolving tools.
  • What You’ll Do
  • Own measurement for branded campaigns, major audience initiatives, and brand-lift studies—from feasibility, KPI definition, and launch planning through results validation and final narrative.
  • Analyze organic and paid social, audience growth, video, branded content, and platform performance, and turn findings into clear recommendations.
  • Define and document KPIs, benchmarks, methodologies, data-quality checks, and shared sources of truth.
  • Build and improve dashboards, reports, templates, and self-service tools that make performance clear and reduce manual work.
  • Monitor campaign delivery, flag pacing risks, recommend action, and provide analytical QA, reconciliation, billing-data support, and narratives for client reporting.
  • Manage the analytics request queue, priorities, deadlines, and service levels; investigate discrepancies and coordinate fixes with Operations or technical owners.
  • Train stakeholders to interpret metrics and dashboards, use AI-assisted analytics responsibly, and communicate decision-ready insights to Editorial, Revenue, Audience, and executive teams.
  • Must Haves
  • 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, audience insights, media measurement, social-media analytics, advertising analytics, or a closely related field.
  • An AI-native working style, with hands-on experience using agentic AI tools—including Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code—to accelerate analysis, documentation, and workflow automation while validating outputs for accuracy.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel or Google Sheets, including complex analysis, reconciliation, and quality assurance.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards in tools such as Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
  • Hands-on familiarity with social and digital measurement sources such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or comparable tools.
  • A strong understanding of organic and paid-media metrics, campaign pacing, benchmarks, and the limitations of platform-reported data.
  • Experience defining KPIs and measurement methodologies, investigating discrepancies, and turning imperfect data into sound, transparent conclusions.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • A scrappy, resourceful working style and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, adapt quickly as priorities change, communicate progress clearly, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest in digital media, audience behavior, video performance, and evolving analytics methodologies
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience at a digital publisher, media company, agency, or social-first organization.
  • Experience with vibe coding.
  • Experience with paid social operation, particularly on TikTok and Meta platforms.
  • Experience with client-facing campaign measurement, branded-content reporting, brand-lift research, or paid-social pacing.
  • Working knowledge of Python or R, cloud data warehouses, dbt, APIs, or analytics-workflow automation.
  • Experience analyzing video performance, content testing, audience segmentation, or platform-level growth.
  • Experience developing data-literacy training, playbooks, or self-service analytics programs.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000. An employee's position within this range will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
  • Benefits:
  • Employer-sponsored medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Provided and supplemental disability and life insurances
  • Unlimited PTO, parental leave, paid family leave
  • Paid company holidays, with an inclusive approach to diverse cultural and religious observances.
  • Employer-sponsored 401(k) plan
  • A range of additional voluntary programs, including spending accounts, work-related reimbursements, travel/accident insurance, and more
  • Our Commitment to an Inclusive Workplace
  • NowThis is an equal opportunity employer, deeply committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
