Senior Analyst

Seeking a Fund Operations Senior Analyst to take ownership of complex onboarding and ongoing administration of private fund clients and related entities. The ideal candidate brings deep familiarity with fund administration workflows and systems including strong accounting system proficiency.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead onboarding of fund clients and entities, managing complex or multi-entity structures
• Oversee bank account setup and coordination with banking partners and service providers
• Own compliance processes, tracking and audit-ready documentation
• Operate as a senior contributor within a strong control and accuracy environment
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires; serve as a day-to-day resource for junior team members
• Maintain accurate data and lead reporting, tracking, and validation efforts

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in financial services, fund administration and accounting
• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance or Accounting
• Experience reviewing the work of others and providing constructive, actionable feedback
