  • The Senior Analyst, Corporate Financing is responsible for reviewing and analyzing public offering and private placement filings to ensure compliance with applicable securities rules, regulations, and internal policies. This role conducts investigative reviews, supports operational initiatives, and develops subject matter expertise in capital formation and securities compliance. The position is an individual contributor role that works under the guidance of senior team members while managing a portfolio of filing reviews and related investigations.
  • Essential Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine and complex reviews of public offering and private placement filings and related investigative matters.
  • Analyze filings for compliance with applicable securities rules, regulations, statutes, and internal policies.
  • Identify potential regulatory issues and prepare clear, well-supported written analyses and correspondence.
  • Deliver accurate, high-quality work products with minimal revisions.
  • Monitor assigned workflow and ensure timely completion of reviews.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to filing reviews.
  • Escalate complex, high-risk, or sensitive matters to senior reviewers or management as appropriate.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings related to assigned reviews and projects.
  • Maintain current knowledge of applicable securities regulations, capital markets practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to departmental initiatives, process improvements, and operational projects.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, sound judgment, and collaboration in day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams in both virtual and in-person environments.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in securities regulation, investment banking, capital markets, corporate finance, compliance, or a related financial services environment.
  • Experience reviewing or analyzing securities offerings, regulatory filings, or financial transactions is preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience working with data analytics and reporting initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound professional judgment.
  • Preferred Background
  • Knowledge of public offerings, private placements, capital raising transactions, and securities regulations.
  • Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and applying them to complex financial transactions.
  • Familiarity with financial statements, offering documents, and corporate finance principles.

  • Hybrid work environment with scheduled in-office collaboration.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during periods of increased business demand.
