Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills? We're looking for an Analyst III to serve as the lead coordinator for Public Records Act (PRA) requests. In this role, you'll help ensure compliance with PRA requirements while providing guidance and support to staff responsible for processing requests.

• Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the lead coordinator for Public Records Act (PRA) requests.
• Implement and administer PRA guidelines, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide direction and guidance to PRA processing staff to promote consistency and timely responses to records requests.
• Monitor workflows and assist in resolving complex or sensitive PRA-related issues.
• Prepare and present training materials and guidance to staff in a clear, concise, and effective manner.
• Collaborate with management to support operational needs and continuous process improvement.

• Desired Qualifications
• Working knowledge of the California Public Records Act is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resources effectively while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to present information clearly and professionally to staff.
• Demonstrated responsiveness to management needs.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position.
