The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Analyst to lead enterprise-wide analytical initiatives that support operational effectiveness, organizational performance, and strategic planning.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence Service-wide priorities, mentor and develop analysts and researchers, and champion innovative approaches to data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement. The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader with deep analytical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to translate data into meaningful insights that drive action and results.

• What can I expect to do in this role?
• In this role, you will lead the development, analysis, and delivery of advanced analytical products to support evidence-based decision-making across the Service. The position plays a critical role in advancing the Service’s information management priorities by supporting the continued evolution of the analytics framework, ensuring Service-wide alignment with information management standards, and strengthening the delivery, consistency, and quality of performance measurement and success metrics.

As a Senior Analyst you will lead projects as assigned by the Manager and will be responsible for identifying opportunities for training and increased analytical capacity and implementing related solutions for all Service analysts and researchers. You will also manage the activities and performance of crime analysts and researchers, providing work direction, advice and expertise, assigning tasks/activities, determining methods and procedures to be used, resolving problems, and ensuring results are achieved.
