• Pay Rate: C$85.00–C$110.00 / Hour (CAD)
• Interview Process: Two-round interview process

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead the architecture and build-out of the Knowledge Layer, enabling semantic modeling, data abstraction, and AI-ready data foundations
• Design and implement solutions using Azure and Databricks to support scalable data engineering and analytics workloads
• Drive the build and adoption of Agentic AI systems, including orchestration of intelligent agents, workflows, and decision-making processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data and AI capabilities with business objectives
• Ensure best practices in data modeling, governance, and performance optimization
• Act as a technical leader and advisor for enterprise AI and data platform initiatives

• Required Skills
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (Data Services) and Databricks platform
• Deep understanding of Knowledge Layer design, semantic modeling, and data abstraction techniques
• Proven expertise in Agentic AI systems, including architecture, workflows, and real-world implementation
• Solid background in data engineering, distributed systems, and analytics platforms
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value

• Preferred Skills
• 8–10 years of experience working in enterprise data platforms and large-scale transformation programs
• Exposure to AI/ML integration within data ecosystems
• Strong leadership and team collaboration experience in cross-functional environments
