  • Key Responsibilities
  • Support actuarial analysis and reporting across property & casualty insurance portfolios.
  • Assist with pricing, reserving, forecasting, and profitability analysis initiatives.
  • Analyze trends, claims experience, and business performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain actuarial models, tools, and reports.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, finance, risk, and business teams on various projects.
  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations and recommendations for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of actuarial experience within the P&C insurance industry.
  • Progress toward ACAS, FCAS, ACIA, or FCIA designation preferred.
  • Experience with actuarial modelling and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel; exposure to programming tools such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, or VBA is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
