Senior Accounting Analyst

Our client is a food and beverage company. They seek a Senior Accounting Analyst to join their Westchester, NY office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large-scale trade budget, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and financial oversight
• Standardize reporting processes and account reconciliations across trade-related activities
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and business teams to guide trade execution and financial processes
• Support internal and external reporting requests, including audit and compliance-related activities
• Analyze balance sheet and P&L activity to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare journal entries and ensure accurate posting within financial systems
• Review account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Open to industry
• Big 4 experience required
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical
• CPA or at least 2 parts passed required
