We're seeking an experienced Knowledge Graph / Semantic Data Engineer to help design and develop semantic data solutions for complex life sciences datasets.
Key Skills
Hands-on experience building Knowledge Graphs, semantic models, entity relationships, and schema governance.
Strong knowledge of RDF, OWL, SPARQL, SHACL, SKOS, RML/R2RML, and ontology development using Protégé.
Experience working with biomedical or healthcare ontologies (e.g., GO, SNOMED CT, UMLS, MeSH, OBO Foundry).
Proficiency in Python for data modeling, automation, and semantic data processing.
Familiarity with LLM/Generative AI, metadata enrichment, RAG, or semantic search solutions.
Experience with graph databases (Neo4j, Stardog, GraphDB, Amazon Neptune, TigerGraph) and vector databases is a plus.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern data quality/governance tools is preferred.
