- Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Analyst to develop, execute, and optimize SEO strategies across multiple websites, domains, subdomains, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical SEO, digital analytics, B2B SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and enterprise SEO experience.
- This role will focus heavily on identifying search opportunities, analyzing organic performance, conducting competitive research, and improving content visibility for B2B audiences.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and prioritize SEO strategies and recommendations.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and troubleshoot SEO issues.
- Analyze organic traffic, rankings, keywords, and search performance.
- Monitor Google Search Console and other SEO platforms.
- Develop SEO dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports.
- Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities.
- Perform competitive and share-of-search analysis.
- Support backlink acquisition, outreach, and content promotion initiatives.
- Optimize website content for organic search visibility.
- Collaborate with IT, web development, UX, analytics, and content teams.
- Integrate SEO requirements into website development and releases.
- Develop functional requirements for onsite search improvements.
- Support implementation, testing, production releases, and performance measurement.
- Stay current with Google algorithm updates and evolving SEO best practices.
- Support taxonomy, data standards, SEO guidelines, and digital best practices.
- Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of SEO/SEM experience.
- Proven experience developing and implementing SEO strategies.
- Strong technical SEO audit and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience leading SEO projects in complex environments.
- Experience with SEO content development and management.
- Strong digital analytics and quantitative analysis skills.
- Experience with keyword research, link acquisition, outreach, and content promotion.
- Experience with site performance optimization, structured data, and A/B testing.
- Understanding of SEM, social media, and eCommerce.
- Experience with SEO tools such as:
- SEMRush
- Ahrefs
- Conductor
- Screaming Frog
- Google Ads
- Advanced experience with Google Analytics 360 and Google Search Console.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as Sitecore and WordPress.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of enterprise-level SEO experience.
- SQL and big-data mining experience.
- Advanced technical SEO experience.
- SEO certification.
- Experience with B2B SEO/use cases.
- Experience with SEMRush, GEO, and AI search visibility.
- Experience working with technical product catalogs.
- Experience with Adobe tools, particularly Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
- Project Focus
- The role will support SEO for a B2B technical product catalog, with a focus on:
- Keyword and topic opportunity identification.
- Competitive research.
- Share-of-search analysis.
- Content performance analysis.
- B2B search opportunity optimization.
- Technical SEO improvements.
- Organic visibility and performance measurement.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field preferred
