School BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based role focused on supporting student behavioral needs.

Responsibilities Include

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavior drivers.
• Developing, implementing, and updating individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collecting and analyzing behavioral data to inform decisions and track progress.
• Supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), staff, and caregivers.
• Providing classroom consultation and modeling evidence-based behavior strategies.

Qualifications And Skills

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Supervised experience in behavior analysis.
• Ability to work within a traditional K12 school setting.

Key duties involve behavior assessments, plan development, data analysis, supervision, and consultation to improve student outcomes.
