Scheduling Analyst I (Crude)

Overview

The Scheduling Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate scheduling of crude oil product movements, working closely with schedulers and accounting teams to update SAP nominations and correct errors. They will also analyze inventory transactions, prepare reports, and assist in resolving discrepancies during month-end close activities.

• Must-Have Requirements:
• SAP proficiency
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
• Strong understanding of Inventory Transactions
• Familiarity with Volumetric Accounting
• Preferred Requirements:
• Previous experience running financial reports
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple demands
