Your Responsibilities
You’ll translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure SAP SD solutions across order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements across the Order to Cash lifecycle.
Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD, MM, FICO, PP, external integrations such as IDocs, and non-SAP systems.
Develop functional designs, configuration documentation, test plans, test cases, and process documentation.
Lead unit, integration, and UAT activities, troubleshooting defects and ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
Provide ongoing SAP SD functional support and partner with technical teams to resolve integration and performance issues.
Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of SAP SD experience, including implementation and support, with 3+ years as an SAP Functional Analyst.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent related experience.
Strong SAP S/4HANA Sales, SD configuration, and Order to Cash expertise.
Proficiency integrating SAP SD with MM, FICO, PP, and external systems, including IDocs and MuleSoft or similar middleware.
Experience working with Agile project and product methodologies.
SAP Certified, SAP S/4HANA Sales certification is preferred.
CSCP or CLTD professional certification is considered an asset.
