Primary Services is actively recruiting for a SAP FICO Analyst to support a large, industry-leading client. This role is ideal for an experienced SAP finance professional who thrives in complex SAP S/4HANA environments and enjoys solving critical production challenges. The SAP FICO Analyst will play a key role in maintaining financial systems, supporting enterprise-wide integrations, and partnering with finance stakeholders, IT leadership, and offshore support teams to ensure reliable business operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for SAP S/4HANA Financial Closing and Reporting activities.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support SAP FICO in a live production environment.
• Resolve complex issues across SAP FICO, MM, SD, PS, and HR modules.
• Support financial month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain integrations between SAP Financials and third-party Treasury, Banking, and expense management applications.
• Coordinate with offshore support teams to resolve critical production incidents and escalations.
• Gather business requirements and develop functional specifications for system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and support RICEFW objects and related functional issues.
• Participate in SAP enhancements, production support initiatives, and special projects.
• Provide technical guidance to offshore support resources.
• Participate in occasional after-hours and weekend support for business-critical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on SAP FICO configuration and production support experience.
• Strong and recent SAP S/4HANA Financials experience.
• SAP S/4HANA Financials Certification.
• Experience supporting at least three full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP FICO integration with MM, SD, PS, and HR modules.
• Experience supporting SAP integrations with Treasury, Banking, SAP Concur Expense, and other third-party applications.
• Experience developing, supporting, and troubleshooting RICEFW objects.
• Experience supporting financial close, reporting, and enterprise production environments.
• Experience coordinating offshore support teams and managing critical incident escalations.
• Strong knowledge of functional specifications, business requirements gathering, and SAP application support.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in the Houston area.
• Availability for occasional after-hours and weekend production support.
